Since the companies are not as large as Large Cap Stocks, the growth rate of Mid Cap Stocks is typically lesser than other Stocks such as Small Cap Stocks. However, their growth rate is typically more than Large Cap Stocks. At the same time, Mid Cap Stocks are less risky and safer than Small Cap Stocks, but riskier than Large Cap Stocks.
